Joining the Elite Prep Family

We strive to make the admissions process simple, transparent, and personalized. Our goal is to ensure that each student and family is a strong fit for the Elite Prep culture, mission, and expectations.

 

1. Submit an Application

Complete the online application located under the Admissions tab.

This allows our team to learn more about the student, academic background, athletic experience, goals, and family expectations.

2. Admissions Interview

After reviewing the application, a member of our admissions team will schedule a phone or video interview.

In some cases, a family interview may also be requested to ensure alignment with Elite Prep's mission, culture, and program expectations.

3. Acceptance Decision

Families will be notified regarding admission status.

Accepted students will receive an official Acceptance Letter outlining the next steps for enrollment.

4. Review Program Expectations

Prior to enrollment, families should review Elite Prep's expectations, policies, and student-athlete standards.

This includes our:

• Student Handbook

• Athlete Code of Conduct

• Academic Expectations

• Attendance Policies

Acknowledgement and signatures will be completed as part of the enrollment packet.

5. Complete Enrollment Packet

Accepted students will receive access to the Elite Prep Enrollment Packet.

Enrollment forms include:

• Enrollment Agreement

• Housing Agreement (if applicable)

• Medical Forms

• Emergency Contact Information

• Transportation Authorization

• Media Release

• Parent & Student Acknowledgements

6. Secure Enrollment

To finalize enrollment:

• Pay the Registration Fee

• Establish Tuition Payment Plan

• Submit any remaining required documentation

Once completed, your student's seat is officially reserved.
