Welcome & Mission

Welcome to Elite Prep, where we believe in developing not only skilled basketball players but well-rounded individuals grounded in faith, character, and discipline.
We are excited to welcome you to Elite Prep, a Christian-based private school located in Arizona. We cultivate not only skilled basketball players but well-rounded individuals grounded in faith and character. Our prep school is dedicated to providing a high-quality education while sharpening athletic ability through expert coaching and a dynamic curriculum. We walk alongside our student-athletes with spiritual guidance, academic mentorship, and athletic development, ensuring they are prepared for both life and competition.

Beyond the classroom and the court, we provide high-level support and exposure opportunities connecting players with college coaches, agents, and professional scouts, while also opening doors to international basketball. With a focus on placement into collegiate programs through scholarships or direct recruitment, we empower each student-athlete to pursue their dreams at the next level.

At Elite Prep, our mission is to nurture excellence in academics, athletics, and faith equipping young men to succeed not just as athletes, but as leaders with purpose.

 

School Overview

School Type: Private Prep Academy & International Basketball Program
Focus: College-prep academics + high-level basketball development
Faith Foundation: Daily devotionals, chapel opportunities, and Christ-centered values
NCAA Support: Guidance with NCAA Eligibility Center and compliance with approved coursework

 

Admissions & Enrollment

Students must complete the official Enrollment Packet prior to attending classes.
Tuition and fees must be paid according to the enrollment agreement.
Scholarships and financial aid may be available.
Withdrawal and refund policy is deposits are unable to be refunded.  If you choose to withdraw mid-year it is to the schools discretion/STO regulations on returned funds.

 

Academic Program

Curriculum: College preparatory with NCAA alignment (Freshman - Senior level, dual enrollment opportunities where applicable).
Grading: Standard A–F scale, GPA calculated for eligibility.
Attendance: Students are expected to attend all classes and practices. Absences must be reported by parents/guardians.
Schedule: TBD (to be announced prior to the start of each academic year).
Academic Integrity: Students must demonstrate honesty and uphold the honor code.

 

Athletic Program 

Training: Daily skills, strength, and conditioning sessions (schedule TBD).
Code of Conduct: Athletes must represent Elite Prep with integrity, humility, and sportsmanship.
Eligibility: Athletes must maintain GPA requirements and meet conduct standards.
Exposure: Opportunities include showcases, highlight film support, and direct access to college coaches, scouts, agents, and international programs.
Faith in Athletics: Competing with excellence and representing Christ through performance, attitude, and leadership.

 

Student Life

Dress Code: Modest, professional attire for classrooms; athletic gear required for training.
Technology: Responsible use of school and personal devices; social media guidelines apply.
Faith & Service: Devotionals, chapel, and community service required throughout the year.

 

Code of Conduct & Discipline

Behavior: Respect, responsibility, and leadership are expected at all times.
Bullying/Harassment: Zero tolerance policy.
Substance Use: Strict prohibition of alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or performance-enhancing substances.
Discipline: Consequences may include warnings, probation, suspension, or dismissal.

Media Use Requirement

Elite Prep and The Academy Phoenix (Athletic Department, Non-Profit) reserve the right to photograph, record, and share images or videos of students during school, athletic, and related activities. These may be used for official purposes, including websites, social media, newsletters, recruiting, fundraising, and promotional materials.

*This release is a condition of enrollment and athletic participation. The official Media Release & Consent is included in the enrollment packet and must be signed by parents/guardians at registration.

 

Health & Safety

Medical Requirements: Annual physical exam, immunizations, and emergency forms must be on file.
Concussion Protocol: Students must follow all medical recommendations before returning to play.
Emergency Plans: Drills, travel safety policies, and emergency contacts will be provided.

 

Parent/Guardian Partnership

Communication: Parents are encouraged to maintain open communication with administration and staff.
Expectations: Positive support at games and school events is required.
Volunteer Opportunities: Families are invited to assist in school activities and service projects.

 

College & Career Pathways

Recruitment Support: Direct assistance with highlight reels, showcases, and introductions to scouts/agents.
Scholarships: Guidance in securing athletic and academic scholarships.
NCAA Compliance: Step-by-step help with NCAA eligibility requirements and clearinghouse registration.
International Opportunities: Select athletes may have access to overseas competition and exposure.
